This is my second week of juicing, and I'm absolutely loving it. I bought a Breville Juice Fountain Plus, and it works like a charm. I've had several of my own recipes, and they are surprisingly good. Anyone who inquires what I'm drinking, I've been explaining my juice revelation. Now, I haven't started my juice fast like I said I was thinking about, but I've been replacing or adding 1 juice a day. Usually it will be my morning breakfast, but for the days I sleep in, it will accompany my lunch.

I've bought blood oranges grown in CA, naval oranges, celery hearts, spinach, kale, English cucumbers, carrots, and Pink Lady apples from Trader Joe's and have such fun mixing and making my own recipes. The first day, I made apple juice. The second day I tried 6 naval oranges and 2 blood oranges (that was yummy), I tried to venture to the vegetable range so I tried 3 celery sticks, a handful of kale, 1/2 a cucumber, 2 carrots and 1 Korean asian pear, and it was DELICIOUS!

I think I will try the juice fast after this school quarter, so all I have to worry about bringing my juice is to work. The only reason I worry is because once I started juicing, I had a headache. The first day was pretty bad, I had it the whole day and it wasn't going away that I had to skip school, and it lasted on and off the whole week. Now that I know what kind of effects it may have, I will wait to start the juice fast.

Anyways, I am off to bed.
